This is not your typical suport or activity group. Our group is a group of fun, authentic, genuine people whose lives have been touched by diabetes. It's our goal to have a monthly get-together organized, as well as other bigger events. I started this group, because 9 of 10 Diabetic groups are in NYC. The purpose is for all us Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetics to get together and support one another. We can discuss anything from medications to diet and traveling supplies. Anyone who is a Type 1 or 2 can join. Bring your loved ones and family members. The more, the merrier.

This group is being formed to help diabetics manage the daily challenges that comes with diabetes. Through both a psychotherapeutic and educational approach members will grow and learn better ways to manage their diabetes both physically and emotionally. We are a group of Type 1's looking to connect and develop friendship with other type 1's like us!

This group is for adults living with type 1 diabetes in Westchester county, as well as Fairfield and Rockland counties. We're here to support each other, educate each other, and have fun together! We will have regular dinners together, plus any other activities that members would like to do.

Adults with Type 1 Diabetes in search of others with similar experiences. Support, discuss and update one another on medical information.

Let's sit down and exchange ideas on the daily challenges of living with diabetes. We are two women with adult onset diabetes and we both recognize that support is needed to cope with the management of the condition.
